Shipping & returns

Shipping

We are preparing shipping within the Netherlands. Delivery times are still concept information and will be finalized once the webshop goes live. If free shipping from €50 remains active, we will show that clearly when ordering.

Tracking your order

Once orders are active, you will receive a confirmation and, where possible, track-and-trace information.

Returns

For online purchases, a 14-day cooling-off period generally applies. Register returns via contact or the withdrawal form.

Exchanging sizes

We want size exchanges to be practical and calm, depending on availability.

Exceptions

We will carefully formulate hygiene, use and product-condition rules in the final terms.
