MiniMaatjes Carewear handles personal data carefully. This page explains which data we collect, why we do that and which rights you have.

Who are we?

MiniMaatjes Carewear is a Dutch validation and future webshop for practical baby products around dressing, changing and sleeping.

Name, email, phone number if you enter it, situation or usage context if you share it, waitlist information, newsletter signup and contact messages.

To manage the waitlist, answer contact requests, send updates, measure product interest and carefully improve the website.

We process data based on consent, performance of an agreement once orders become possible, and legitimate interest for basic security and management.

We do not keep data longer than needed for validation, contact and future webshop communication. You can request deletion.

We use services including Supabase for database/hosting, Vercel for hosting and possibly an email service later. We do not sell your data.

Read the cookie policy for an explanation of necessary cookies and any analytical cookies after consent.

We limit access to data and use server-side Supabase connections for management and forms.

You have the right to access, correction, deletion, objection and withdrawal of consent.
